February 24th, 2004:  Our first Permanent Exhibit
Inner Reaches Yoga & Health of Kentlands, today became the home of our first exhibition gallery "Body & Soul Sculpture".  This exhibit is dedicated to the self-art of the body as created through yoga practice.  It is the first of several permanent exhibits in the works, dedicated to the self-sculpting of the body, as created by dancers, body builders, yoga practitioners, and athletes in general.  Additional images will also be added to this exhibit over the next few months.  Viewing is by reservation only or by availing one's self of the Inner Reaches services.  Contact: Dee Gold at (301) 807-3872

March 5th, 2004:  Big News!  Our First Solo Art Show
NZen Gallery of Capital Hill invited us to present our work and approximately 25 images will be displayed.  The title of the show is "Seeking Self: Adventures in Feminine Beauty"   The show opens on June 16th and runs until July 25th.  Receptions open to the general public are on on Saturday July 10th, 6:00 to 9:00 PM and Sunday July 11th, 2:00 to 5:00 PM. On Thursday, July 15th, we will be facilitating a discussion of Beauty at NZen from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  The receptions are free, however, a  $10.00 donation, benefiting Arts for Life, will be collected to attend the discussion on the 15th.  Reservations are required due to space limitations.  Please call for additional information.  Click the link below for an interactive map to NZen. March 10th, 2004:  More Big News!  First Place in a National Art Contest
Jim Guzel was awarded First Prize for the photograph "Natural Outcrop" in the Capital Arts Network all-media show "The Human Figure".  In addition, a second photograph "Deserted" was also accepted for the show.  Out of hundreds of entries from around the country, only fifty works of art were accepted.  Not too shabby, huh?  "The Human Figure" will open April 9th at the Washington Galley of Photography in Bethesda.  Scroll down this page to preview these images.  Again, please contact us to receive your invitation.  Click below for an interactive map to Washington Gallery of Photography.  Tel: (301) 654-1998

March 25th - 31st, 2004:  Big Trip to Sedona, AZ.
Dee Gold, director of Inner Reaches Yoga & Health, has invited the Aspre! team to assist her in co-facilitating the Inner Reaches workshop on feminine beauty "Oh...Beautiful!" in Sedona, AZ.  Of course our primary contribution will be dance and motion-inspired photography.  But we'll also be facilitating a few of the discussions.  This is the inaugural workshop for Inner Reaches and the plan is to offer one every three months, to be held in various exotic locations.  So get on the mailing list if you are interested.
